개인적인 습관 기록이나 저널 내용을 보내실 필요는 없습니다.
자주 묻는 질문
내 습관과 저널 기록은 어디에 저장되나요?
습관 이름, 목표, 연속 기록, Slip 기록, 저널 등 사용자가 작성한 활동 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
Non Reset 개발자는 이러한 개인 기록을 별도의 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기록은 어떻게 되나요?
Non Reset의 활동 기록은 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다.
앱을 삭제하거나 앱 내 데이터 초기화 기능을 사용하면 저장된 기록이 삭제됩니다.
앱을 삭제하기 전에 필요한 기록이 있는지 확인해 주세요.
로그인이나 회원가입이 필요한가요?
아니요.
Non Reset은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다.
실수를 기록하면 연속 기록이 모두 초기화되나요?
Non Reset은 한 번의 실수가 모든 진행 과정을 의미 없게 만들지 않는다는 생각을 바탕으로 설계되었습니다.
실수를 별도로 기록하면서 현재 연속 기록과 회복 과정, 실수 패턴 등을 계속 확인할 수 있습니다.
Pro 구매가 반영되지 않아요.
먼저 App Store 또는 Google Play에 구매 당시 사용한 계정으로 로그인되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
그 후 앱에서 제공하는 구매 복원(Restore Purchases) 기능을 실행해 주세요.
그래도 Pro 이용 권한이 정상적으로 복원되지 않는 경우 아래 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
문의 시 결제 영수증의 주문번호를 알려주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다.
비밀번호나 전체 결제수단 정보는 보내지 마세요.
결제를 환불하고 싶어요.
App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 이루어진 결제의 환불은 각 스토어의 정책과 절차에 따라 처리됩니다.
Apple App Store 구매의 경우 Apple의 구매 문제 신고 페이지에서 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
Google Play 구매의 경우 Google Play의 구매 및 환불 절차를 이용해 주세요.
광고 개인정보 설정을 변경하고 싶어요.
앱의 설정 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 관련 동의 상태를 관리할 수 있습니다.
iPhone에서는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적 > Non Reset에서도 추적 허용 여부를 변경할 수 있습니다.

Non Reset helps you track habits you want to quit—such as smoking, binge eating, or excessive short-form video use—and keep track of your streaks, slips, journal entries, and patterns over time.

To help us investigate an issue, please include:
- Your device model
- Your iOS or Android version
- Your Non Reset app version

You do not need to send us your personal habit records or journal entries.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my habits and journal entries stored?
Your habit names, goals, streaks, slips, journal entries, and other activity records are stored locally on your device.
Non Reset does not upload or store these personal records on our external servers.
What happens to my records if I delete the app?
Non Reset stores your activity records locally on your device.
Deleting the app or using the in-app Reset Data feature permanently removes the locally stored records.
Please make sure you no longer need your records before deleting the app or resetting your data.
Do I need to create an account?
No.
Non Reset does not require registration or account login.
Does one slip erase all of my progress?
No.
Non Reset is designed around the idea that a single slip does not erase all of the progress you have made.
You can record slips separately while continuing to track your streak, recovery journey, and patterns over time.
My Pro purchase is not showing up.
First, make sure that you are signed in to the App Store or Google Play with the account that was originally used to make the purchase.
Then use the Restore Purchases option available in the app.
If your Pro access is still not restored, please contact:
Including the order or transaction number from your purchase receipt may help us investigate the issue.
Please do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
How can I request a refund?
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policies and procedures of the respective store.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests can be submitted through Apple’s purchase support service.
For Google Play purchases, please use Google Play’s purchase and refund process.
How can I change my advertising privacy preferences?
You can manage your advertising consent settings from Settings > Ad Privacy Settings inside Non Reset.
On iOS, you can also manage tracking permission under:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Non Reset

Your personal habit and journal records are not stored on Non Reset’s external servers.
Non Reset uses third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat for advertising, crash diagnostics, and in-app purchase processing.
